Returns and Exchanges

We want you to enjoy all of the products you purchase. Please read the following return and exchange policy for any questions about purchases placed on our website or in-person. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.

Blemished or Damaged Item

If you receive an item that has a blemish or has been damaged during the shipping process, we will replace it at no cost to you and all shipping charges will be refunded, please contact us at info@alabamasweettea.com to initiate this process.

Our Error

If you receive an item in a size, color or design other than what is ordered, we will exchange the item at no cost to you and all shipping charges will be refunded. Please contact us at info@alabamasweettea.com to initiate this process.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an apparel item for a different size, please contact us at info@alabamasweettea.com for instructions on how to return the item to us and select a new size.
